Getting a DUI Defense Lawyer or Not?
So you are enjoying a beautiful Miami night out. You have done the same thing on many nights before, but tonight is different: you just got a DUI. Now you are wondering whether or not to find a DUI defense attorney. You poll the entire Miami area and everyone is telling you something new. Some people say that you don't need a DUI defense attorney, that they just take your money and leave you to suffer your DUI proceedings alone. Others swear by them, hugging their DUI lawyers outside the courthouse and hitting the Miami club scene at night (leaving their car keys at home of course!)
